The Creative Works Office was organized in 1996 when it became obvious that the amount of marketable copyrighted material produced by the University needed organization as well as direction. Dr. Giovanni Tata was selected as director based upon his background not only with academics (he has a Ph.D. in Eygptology) but also due to his experience as a software entreperneur. An online catalog was developed and is the main vehicle through which our products are sold.
